Choosing Your Gown
There are two ways of choosing your custom design.
1. Pick Your Design from the Sketch Catalog: The full Sketch Catalog is not available online yet, but will be shortly. In the mean time, send us an email which includes the required information (see below) about the kind of gown you are looking for and we will send you designs from our catalog. These are available for anyone to choose from and while your gown will be custom made for you, the design will still be available if someone else would like to have it made as well. This option is free and requires no commitment upfront.
2. Request a Design-up: The Design-up is a group of 5 custom designs complete with fabric samples that are created just for you, according to your themes and inspiration. If you see something you like, but its not quite perfect, we will work with you to finalize your design. When you commission a Design-up, your gown is guaranteed to be One-of-a-Kind, and will never be made for any other bride.
The Design-up is $150, and if you choose to order a gown, the $150 will be credited towards the cost of your gown, if you do not order a gown, the artwork is yours to keep, but the $150 cannot be refunded.
Request Design Information
Send an email to kairi.g.bridal@gmail.com which includes the following information.
- Full Name
- Wedding Date
- Your Location (city)
- Budget (please give a range)
- Your Approx. Dress Size
- Do you want a Design-up, or would you like to see designs from the catalog?
- Detailed Description of the type of gown(s) that you are interested in, or attach photos of gowns, embellishment details, inspiration for your theme, really anything that you feels embodies the aesthetic that you want for your gown design.
- Anything else you feel we should know when designing your gown.
Fittings
Each gown order will include up to TWO fittings. These are complimentary. There are some restrictions however. We are located in NYC, and for anyone in the Metro NYC/NJ/Long Island area, our travel expenses are covered in the cost of the gown. If you live outside the Metro NYC area and would like us to travel to you for your fittings, travel expenses will be added to the cost of the gown. You have the option to come into NY for your fittings as well.
Some gowns may require specials fittings or other special considerations, which will be discussed on a case by case basis. Bridesmaids dresses only come with one included fitting and extra fittings will incur an extra charge.
