About this Costume:  I was invited to join a group of Sailor Scouts for Anime Boston. We were trying to have a complete group of scouts and almost succeeded! In the past, I had cosplayed Sailor Pluto, but Neptune was always one of my favorites and I am really into that lovely teal color she wears! I also love her hair!

The construction is pretty basic, I have been using the same patterns for Sailor Scout costumes for years and the only major difference here was that I needed to add the puff sleeves.
